Panorama Wynnum is a boutique luxury residential development in Brisbane’s bayside suburb of Wynnum. The project comprises 36 contemporary apartments across 11 levels, with mixed-use retail tenancies on the ground floor. The development is positioned around Moreton Bay views, elevated apartment living, and a high-quality residential outcome for the local market.
Nathan’s Involvement
Through BDCM Services, Nathan is involved in the construction delivery of the development at 35 to 37 Bay Terrace, Wynnum. His role focuses on design and construction management, delivery leadership, subcontractor and consultant coordination, financial oversight, programme control, procurement, site delivery, and practical project leadership from construction planning through to completion.
