About the Project
IVY & EVE is a twin-tower residential development at 32 Merivale Street, South Brisbane. The project includes two 30-level residential towers, 476 apartments, basement structures, podium works, and extensive resident amenities including pool, cinema, gym, dining, recreation, and shared lifestyle spaces. The project sits in a dense inner-city location with significant logistics, traffic, access, and neighbouring-property considerations.
Nathan’s Involvement
Nathan was involved in IVY & EVE while working with Hutchinson Builders. He held the role of Project Manager, managing the delivery of two towers being built at the same time while treating each tower as a separate project with dedicated crews. His role also involved managing inner-city logistics on Merivale Street and coordinating the construction approach to limit disruption to traffic, residents, and nearby businesses.
