About the Project
Ipswich Commercial Tower A, also known as ICON Tower A, was the first stage of the ICON masterplan redevelopment in Ipswich. The project comprises a nine-storey A-grade commercial office building, approximately 18,000 square metres of office space, and a three-level underground car park. It was recognised as Ipswich CBD’s first 5 Star Green Star rated building.
Nathan’s Involvement
Nathan was involved in Ipswich Commercial Tower A while working with Hutchinson Builders. He held a project management role across commercial project delivery, stakeholder coordination, programme management, high-performance building outcomes, and the delivery requirements of a major A-grade office tower.
