About the Project
Marine Quarter is a major twin-tower residential development in Southport, positioned near the Broadwater. The project includes 28 and 34-level residential towers, premium apartment living, resort-style resident amenities, major structural works, and a high level of coordination across design, remediation, procurement, programme, cost control, and construction delivery.
Nathan’s Involvement
Through BDCM Services, Nathan provided key delivery support alongside BuildCap and Groupline Constructions. The project required hands-on construction management in a distressed project environment, with a focus on delivery coordination, programme control, quality management, remedial works, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and rebuilding project momentum.
