About the Project
Arlo is located in Burleigh Heads, and is an 18-storey residential apartment project and part of BDCM Services’ forward construction pipeline. The project adds to Nathan’s experience across coastal apartment construction, urban residential delivery, consultant coordination, procurement planning, and multi-storey construction management.
Nathan’s Involvement
Through BDCM Services, Nathan’s involvement is connected to construction planning and delivery leadership for the project. The work reflects BDCM’s focus on early contractor involvement, buildability review, programme structure, procurement planning, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and practical construction leadership before and during delivery.
