Nathan Burden brings more than 20 years of construction experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, remediation, government, high-rise, education, hospitality, and large-scale project environments. His strong design and construction background gives him a practical understanding of how complex projects succeed, where they commonly break down, and what needs to happen when cost, programme, quality, reporting, or stakeholder control starts to fall out of alignment.

Nathan’s background includes senior project roles with major construction and development groups, including Hutchinson Builders, Morris Property Group, BROAD Construction, Kane, Watpac, FKP Constructions, and Multiplex. This experience has shaped his practical construction management approach, built around clear reporting, disciplined delivery, commercial awareness, strong communication, and hands-on project leadership.

Landmark High-Rise, Commercial and Mixed-Use Experience

Nathan’s project experience includes major residential, commercial, mixed-use, and precinct-scale developments such as IVY & EVE, Ipswich Commercial Tower A, Marine Quarter, One City Hill, Commonwealth Games Village, 275 George Street, 545 Queen Street, Panorama Wynnum and Arlo Burleigh Heads. These projects reflect the scale, complexity, and stakeholder environments Nathan has worked across throughout his career.

Through BDCM Services, Nathan works with developers, financiers, consultants, and project teams when projects need clearer direction. This includes distressed or delayed projects where programme, reporting, quality, cost control, remedial works, or delivery structure needs to be rebuilt. His focus is on bringing projects back under control and creating a practical path toward completion.

BDCM supports developers, financiers, consultants, and project teams through construction management, early contractor involvement, project recovery, financial reporting, cost planning, design coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery support.
