Through BDCM Services, Nathan Burden is involved in the construction delivery of Panorama Wynnum. The project brings together residential construction, mixed-use ground-floor retail, consultant coordination, subcontractor management, programme control, procurement, cost oversight and client communication.

Managing those elements involves early planning, clear reporting, practical site leadership and regular coordination between the client, consultants, contractors and project team.
