Hutchinson Builders’ project profile for IVY & EVE outlines one of the major South Brisbane residential developments in Nathan Burden’s project background. Delivered for Abacus Property Group and Kilcor Property Group, the project included dual apartment towers, a five-level shared podium, basement works and 476 apartments.

The project profile records the scale of the development, including one, two and three-bedroom apartments, shared resident amenity and completion in 2018. The size of the build, combined with the inner-city location and shared podium structure, created a demanding delivery environment with multiple construction fronts operating at once.

Nathan’s work on IVY & EVE sat within Hutchinson Builders’ project team, where he was responsible for managing high-rise residential delivery in a dense urban setting. The project required disciplined planning, coordinated trade sequencing, clear reporting and practical daily site leadership.
