Marine Quarter Southport is a major twin-tower residential project where BDCM Services provided key delivery support alongside BuildCap and Groupline Constructions. The project includes 28 and 34-level residential towers, premium apartments, resort-style resident amenities and an estimated construction cost exceeding $215 million.
Nathan Burden’s involvement through BDCM Services focused on helping bring structure, accountability and practical delivery leadership to a complex project environment. The work included construction management support, quality control, stakeholder coordination, programme monitoring, financial oversight, remedial works coordination and practical site-level problem solving.
Marine Quarter required more than standard project administration. It needed hands-on leadership, commercial discipline, strong communication and a clear understanding of how high-rise projects move on site. The role also required coordination across developer, builder, consultant, subcontractor, financier and purchaser interests.
Nathan’s work on Marine Quarter reflects the practical delivery role BDCM Services provides on complex construction projects, particularly where programme control, reporting, quality, cost visibility and site coordination need to be brought into sharper focus.
